Joint Meeting with Board of Selectmen
November 29th 2007 7:50 p.m.

Present: Bob Zak, Chris Sterling, Panny Gerken, Curt Plante, Ken Troup

Architect’s Contract:
For the Trustees a motion was made by Bob, seconded by Chris to approve the contract with Lerner, Ladds & Bartels as amended at the meeting. The motion passed unanimously by both the Trustees and the Selectmen.
Other Business:
After meeting with the selectmen, the Library Trustees, along with Kelly Collins and LCC member Brent moved to an adjoining room to review plans presented by the architects to the LCC that morning.
The next meeting will be December 10th at 6 p.m. at Town Hall.
